1. Steam: Using steam as a heat source is inexpensive, easy to use, has a large heat contact area, high thermal efficiency, rapid heating of materials, uniform heating, and easy temperature control. After turning off the heat source, the temperature inside the pot can quickly drop to room temperature to prevent further heating and sticking of the materials. Steam heating can make the materials inside the pot reach 130-150 ℃
2. Gas: Gas is easy to use, heats up faster, meets the high temperature requirements of some products, and is not limited by factory voltage. Natural wind heating or blower heating, adjustable flame size. Heating is rapid, the temperature is high, and the surface of the pot can reach several hundred degrees, allowing the material to be thoroughly fried through the Maillard reaction. Full combustion, high thermal efficiency, even heating of the pot body, energy-saving by 40% compared to similar products.
